Heat Slowly Builds Over the Weekend

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you all have enjoyed a wonderful week in the weather world. As was advertised, this week has been quite pleasant (besides Wednesday, when I got drenched walking to class, but we won’t talk about that part). Sunny skies are expected to continue into the weekend, but the heat will slowly crank up as we head towards the new week.

Today

Today will continue our trend that we’ve had all week long: abundant sunshine and pleasant temperatures. With a high of 81 degrees, you’ll be catching me outside all day long. It really does not get much better than this, my friends.

Tomorrow

Saturday continues the trend of pleasant and dry, with a high near 85 degrees. This weekend looks to be perfect for outdoor activities, so make sure you head on out and soak up the sunshine. Just make sure not to forget the sunscreen!

Sunday

Sunday will feature another calm sunny day, with temperatures pushing up to around 90 degrees. Now I know what you all are thinking. “Woah Hunter, why did the temperature just flip from 80 to 90 in two days, that sounds awful!” Well, dedicated reader, I have some good news for you. This heat will be a much drier heat, so it will feel warmer than it has this past week, but I’m not expecting a mid-July heatwave. Just be aware that these warmer temperatures will be here to stick around to start the new week.
