Clearing Clouds Reveal Plenty of Sunshine

Top of the morning, friends! Some of you in the southern part of the WABBLES region may have been lucky enough to see some flying snowflakes yesterday that was enough to put a dusting on the ground. Today and the next few days, we see no chance for snow as clearing clouds reveal plenty of sunshine.

Cloudy Conditions Then Clearing This AM

As you wake up this morning, you’ll notice the gray aura in the sky that we have seen too much of around here recently. Have no fear though, these clouds are associated with the backside of that wintry system that moved through the south yesterday and they should be out of here in a jiffy.

In fact, by lunch time, I would venture to say we will be under mostly sunny skies…yippee! Today will be the first day in a while that we have dominating sun. Accompanied with it is an average high temperature of 45 degrees.

Overnight, skies will be completely clear with a low of 25 degrees.

Temperatures Trend Above Average For a Couple Days

Behind the clearing we will see take place today, high pressure will move in and dominate the eastern half of the country. This will help to keep the sunny conditions locked in our area. Due to this, we see temperatures rise as well.

We will again see plenty of sunshine today with a high temperature in the low 50’s! What a pleasant day we will have in store. Overnight will be partly cloudy with a low of 30 degrees.

A similar forecast continues for Thursday with sunny skies and temperatures in the low 50’s. However, it will be a bit breezy with wind gusts around 20mph. Thursday night comes a change in the forecast where we stand the chance to see a rain or snow shower.
