Hooray! It’s finally the weekend! Welcome to WxornotBG, everyone, and I hope you had a great week. It got pretty stormy yesterday as that cold front moved through, but things look to be a little drier today. However, we will be seeing a cooler and wetter pattern moving forward.
Drier Today, But Drizzle Not Out of the Picture
Now that the cold front is out of the picture, this will give us an opportunity to dry out a little. Today we can expect to be under cloudy skies for most of the day, but come this evening we can’t rule out a few rogue showers.
Nothing too heavy, but just enough to be annoying. High’s today will also plummet compared to yesterday’s, with temperatures only reaching the mid 50’s! This is about 15° below average for late October.
Any stray showers look to end come nightfall. Overnight temps don’t look to stray too far from the daytime high, falling into the upper 40’s.
Cooler Temperatures Stick Around
Looking at Sunday, our rain chances look to be close to none, but clouds will be persistent and remain over the area. Temperatures also look to remain cool in the low 60’s. A good napping day if you ask me!
As we start the new work week, the next round of showers look to make their appearance. The next cold front is forecasted to move through during the day Monday, bringing a cooler and wetter pattern for this coming week. Highs Monday will reach the upper 60’s, but temperatures drop again as we go through the week.
That finishes today’s forecast. Thanks for reading! Follow our live weather feed @wxornotBG, as well as on Facebook, for all your weather updates. Enjoy your weekend!
