Passing Cold Front Brings Slight Chance of Rain

Good morning to everyone and happy Sunday. It was absolutely beautiful all across the region yesterday. Today though, a passing cold front brings the slight chance of rain for folks.

Breakdown of Your Sunday

Starting off your day, conditions will be mostly cloudy as the cold front nears. It is expected to move through around lunchtime. With this being said, it won’t disturb your outdoor plans with anything but maybe a passing/pop-up shower.

As the day progresses, the clouds will begin to diminish with the sun bringing its much appreciated presence. Despite the chance for a quick rain shower or two, the high will climb to about 67 degrees.

The overnight low will drop to a very chilly 41 degrees as skies remain partly cloudy.

Sunny Skies Bring a Temperature Warm-Up

After the cold front passes, an area of high pressure will build into the area which will bring us fair, dry weather with plenty of sun for the remainder of the work week. On top of this, over the next few days, the temperature will increase day by day.

By Wednesday, the high will have climbed back up to the 80 degree mark. Late week, the high returns to the seasonal mid 70s.
