Good morning to you! This weekend, the forecast will be rather split as far as shower chances go. For today, we will have the continuation of dry conditions with nighttime pop-up showers. These will carry on overnight and stick around for most of Sunday.
Yet Another Pleasant Day Ahead
For those of you that wake up early enough, you may see some patchy fog in the area. If you plan on driving, we encourage for you to use low beam headlights and reduce your speed when on the roads. This threat will be no more as the morning progresses.
Today, high pressure systems in the eastern region of the country will continue to determine the forecast. We will have fair skies with little to no breeze and comfortable temperatures that will reach the mid-60’s and fall to the lower 50’s.
Tonight, we may start to see some showers develop within the area. These may start around 9pm and will overall lack in severity. We will see these carry on into tomorrow.
Wet End to the Weekend
Tomorrow, we will have a change in forecast as a low pressure system enters the upper Midwest. This will bring about the chance for pop-up showers for most of the day, starting as early as midnight and ending around the evening, closer to 7pm.
Other than that, the skies will be partly cloudy and a gentle breeze will stick around throughout the day. We will once more have comfortable conditions, though temperatures will be slightly warmer in comparison to Saturday.
