Scattered Storms Today

As we begin our day, you may notice patchy areas of dense fog around W.A.B.B.L.E.S. A dense fog advisory is also in effect until 9AM. Temperatures are starting from the lower 70s, climbing quickly to a very steamy afternoon high in the upper 80s. Humidity will be plentiful, with scattered storms possible throughout the business day.

As per usual this time of year, coverage will be spotty in nature (30-40%), so don’t expect a washout, however, stay weather aware, and head indoors if you hear thunder.

Numerous Storms Expected Friday

After scattered storms across the area today, Friday may feature even higher storm chances. This is due in part to a stationary boundary across the region. Coverage in the afternoon will be scattered to numerous (50-70%). Lows tomorrow morning will start at or around 70 degrees, and climb to a high in the lower to middle 80s. Temperatures will likely be limited due to cloud cover and increased storm coverage.

Into the Weekend…

SATURDAY: After a quiet morning, temperatures will climb out of the 60s and fair weather conditions will give way to the chance for afternoon pop-up showers and thunderstorms. Highs will top out in the middle 80s.

SUNDAY: The weather on Sunday will feature ore of the same. Like Saturday, temperatures will start in the upper 60s and climb to reach an afternoon high in the mid to upper 80s. Afternoon pop-up showers and storms will again be possible across W.A.B.B.L.E.S.
