Last Rounds of Rain for a Few Days

Good morning, everyone! Welcome back to wxornotBG; I hope you find today’s post insightful. The past couple days, we have been dealing with some scattered shower and storm activity as a cold front off to our west draws nearer and nearer. Today though, I think we see the last rounds of rain for a few days.

Waking Up

Depending on what time you woke up, you might have already seen a spotty shower or two. As we advance through the morning, the showers will diminish and should be completely out of the region by noon.

At this point, the blanket of clouds should begin to break apart revealing the beloved blue sky. We’ll see the sky start to clear up and the sun make an appearance by the late afternoon.

Due to the nearby cold front, temperatures will stay in the mid 80s and it will be a bit breezy. However, don’t let this fool you; the dew point will keep us feeling muggy. Overnight, we will stay clear and drop to the low 60s.

Wednesday and Thursday

Once the cold front finally moves through, it will bring us comfortable temperatures in the mid to low 80s on both Wednesday and Thursday. These temperatures will be accompanied by sunny skies with partly cloudy conditions.

The overnight lows will dip to the low to mid 60s. Sounds like some nice nights to lay out and take a gander at the stars if you ask me.
