A Nice Weekend Ahead

Good morning, South-Central Kentucky. Happy Thursday! The end of the workweek is near, and with it comes a nice, clear weekend with seasonal temperatures.

Clear Blue Skies

If you are tired of those dreaded afternoon thunderstorms, then you are in luck! Due to the influence of high pressure across the area, W.A.B.B.L.E.S. will enjoy a plethora of sunshine and blue skies over the next several days. Chances for rain appear minimal at best over the next 5 days.

A Welcome Cooldown

Thanks to the presence of nearby high pressure to the west of the area, flow from the northwest will aid in keeping temperatures and humidity levels down over the coming days. Temperatures will remain in the lower 80s for afternoon highs through early next week. Humid conditions will still be present, however with dew point values in the upper 50s and low 60s, it will considerably less humid, when compared to last week.
