Beautiful Monday, Rain Chances Return

Good morning WABBLES and happy Monday! Who is ready to start and endure the last few days of April with me? I’m sure a lot of you are working and hunkered down at home. That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the weather outdoors as the forecast is calling for a pleasant start to the week, that will change as rain chances increase during the middle part of the week.

Beautiful Monday & Tuesday

Waking up, you can expect pleasant conditions with clear skies. Temperatures to start the will day bottom out to about 40 degrees.

Temperatures will rebound as a ridge of high pressure over the south pushes towards the southeast throughout the day and pump warmer air into the region.

High temperatures across WABBLES rise into the middle-to-upper 60s under sunny skies. The pleasant temperatures continue into the overnight hours as they drop down into the 50s.

Heading into Tuesday, conditions will be pleasant once again as the area will be in between the departing area of high pressure and the incoming area of low pressure.

Clouds will increase throughout the day on Tuesday as the area of low pressure continues moving eastward. Temperatures on Tuesday will rise to around 70 degrees.

Rain Returns on Wednesday

An approaching cold front will be the main focus heading into Wednesday as moves through the area. It will bring with it widespread rain, especially during the morning and early afternoon hours.

Can’t rule out a few embedded thunderstorms within this slug of moisture as it moves through. Rainfall totals could range anywhere around an inch, especially if you are under some of the heavier storms.
