Rain Tonight and Dry Conditions Return To Start the Week

Good morning, everyone! The past week brought below average temperatures and with it came a few freeze warnings for the region. As we head into the new week, temperatures will begin to rebound and return to normal. We’ll have rain tonight and dry conditions return to start the week.

A Few Passing Showers

Today, expect the clouds to build in as a system approaches from the Southwest. I’m not expecting much in the way of rain for most of the daytime hours, just a few passing showers. The high for today will be right around 62 degrees.

Clouds cover almost all of the region by the afternoon. (Pivotal Weather)

Dinner and beyond, the WABBLES region will likely see widespread rain showers with a few rumbles of thunder overnight. Don’t expect these storms (if there are storms) to be severe. Total precipitation will be about a half an inch. The low overnight will be an improvement at about 45 degrees.

The severe storms remain well to our south as the system moves through. (Pivotal Weather)

Pleasant Monday

The system from Sunday night should be out by the morning light hours of Monday. High pressure will set in which will bring us very pleasant and warmer conditions. We will see mostly sunny conditions with a high near 66. Get out there and enjoy the weather Mother Nature is bringing us!

Overnight, partly cloudy skies set in accompanied by 48 degree temperatures.

Pleasant Streak Continues For Tuesday

Tuesday will be a carbon company of Monday and maybe even a bit better. We will again see mostly sunny skies and could break near 70 degrees (ah how nice that sounds.) Overnight, clear conditions persist and the low drops to a chilly 40 degrees.

Our next system to bring rain will move in late Wednesday and continue throughout the day on Thursday.
