Monday’s Forecast

Waking up, you can expect pleasant conditions mostly cloudy skies, can’t rule out some lingering showers from last night’s system. Temperatures to start the day bottom out right around 50 degrees.

Winds will be very gusty with all of WABBLES is under a Wind Advisory. The area of low pressure that produced the thunderstorms and heavy rain yesterday and last night will move off to the northeast. That will allow a tightening of the pressure gradient and usher in strong north/northwest winds.

Gusty winds to start out the day. (Pivotal Weather)

Partly cloudy skies will stick around for the rest of the day with high temperatures rising into the middle 50s.

Tuesday & Wednesday

Cool temperatures stick around heading into Tuesday as high pressure continues to settle into the region. Temperatures during the morning bottom out in the middle 30s, but they rebound quickly during the afternoon hours. High temperatures on Tuesday will only top out in the low 50s.

Cool temperatures for Tuesday

The forecast is calling for a beautiful Wednesday. Even though temperatures will be on the cooler side, skies will be mostly clear with sunny skies.

That wraps up today’s forecast. I hope you have a great Monday! Make sure to look for the Afternoon Video Update on Facebook and the Afternoon Weather Story on Twitter, only at @wxornotBG. Stay safe!
