Beautiful Days Ahead for WABBLES

Good morning, folks! It is the final Sunday of March 2020 and it’s only fitting that we see pleasant weather today. That’s right, you heard me correctly: there are beautiful days ahead for WABBLES.

Sunny Skies on Sunday

Any clouds that are lingering from those storms overnight will quickly fade, revealing clear blue skies for the rest of the day. Temperatures will be a bit cooler (although not cold) from previous days. We will top out at about 68 degrees. It’ll be quite breezy with gusts at about 30mph so a great day to take the kids out and fly a kite.

Those gusts will die down as we head into the overnight with partly cloudy skies and a low of 46 degrees.

Much of the Same for Monday

Monday is looking to be a carbon copy of Sunday. WABBLES will again see sunny skies with a few clouds here and there. The winds will be much calmer and out of the West with the high climbing to about 63 degrees.

The NAM shows the high at around 63 degrees (Pivotal Weather)

We stay clear through the evening but as we approach midnight, showers and storms arrive in the region. The low will be about 46 degrees.

Wet Tuesday

Those showers and storms that moved in Monday night will stick around for the day on Tuesday. The high temperature will drop off a bit and only reach 52 degrees.

Showers move in during the early morning hours on Tuesday. (Pivotal Weather)

The system won’t see itself out until roughly midnight. After that, expect mostly cloudy skies with a very chilly low of 39 degrees. Overall, precipitation totals will hit around a half an inch.

Clear conditions return for the rest of the week.
