Another Wet Week for WABBLES

Hey there, everyone! As we approach the start of a new work week, many may be asking, “Will it be as wet as the last?” Unfortunately, the truth is, yes. This week will be very similar to the makes of last. It indeed will be another wet week for WABBLES.

Sunday

Conditions today will be bring back a reminder of that old friend known as the sun. We will see partly cloudy skies accompanied by southerly winds with gusts between 15 and 25 mph. This is an indicator of the frontal system moving in. The high will reach a mild 57 degrees meaning those heavy coats will no longer be needed for the time being.

When the sun goes down, our rain chances amp up and increase as we head deeper into the overnight hours. Rain will once again be the dominating feature of the forecast bringing with it some gusty winds around 30mph. On the bright side, the low will only drop down to about 38 degrees.

Monday

Your Monday is looking to be pretty dreary as the frontal system grips the region. Skies will be gray and the rain will be persistent throughout the day. Make sure to send the kids off to school with an umbrella! The wind will not be much of a factor as compared to Sunday. Look for the high to reach around 53 degrees.

Monday night the rain begins to move out of the region and cloudy skies will dominate with temps around 40 degrees.

Mid-Week

The rest of the week promises cloudy skies with rain chances lingering. The next organized system looks to move through Wednesday/Wednesday night which will be sure to bring WABBLES more rain. (ugh) Highs will trend right around 50.
