Severe Threat Shifts to Late Evening

Based on the latest models and this morning’s convection to our west, our severe threat has shifted to late evening. Our greatest chance for severe storms with damaging, straight-line winds has drifted back a couple hours to the 7 pm thru midnight.

Worst storms (relative term) look to impact our region with potentially damaging winds in the late evening. Flood threat continues overnight.

Currently: Mild and Windy

Light, barely worth mentioning showers are still possible until the main event this evening accompanied by a stiff breeze.

Our temperatures are still on track to reach the mid 70’s especially in the eastern Barren and Allen Counties that are getting more sunshine. Perhaps this added instability will kick off some stronger storms there later tonight

Nasty Tomorrow

We are still expecting nearly constant showers and temperatures in the chilly upper 40’s all day tomorrow. Yuck.
