Hey folks, get ready for more awesome weather with a high in the mid 80’s and pop-up, isolated showers today, hotter highs into weekend. Watch out for foggy conditions on your commute this morning especially near rivers and lakes.
Nice Temperatures, Pop-up Showers This Afternoon
Under the influence of a high pressure system, we will remain mostly dry today with only a few showers springing up in the afternoon.
High temperatures will stay a little below average for another day in the mid 80’s–great for enjoying the outdoors.
Our low tonight will be in the upper 60’s, and fog will be less likely tomorrow morning.
Temperatures Rise Into Weekend
The high tomorrow is in the upper 80’s, and on Saturday the high will approach 90. A slight chance of pop-up showers are possible for both days, but you should expect mostly dry and sunny conditions otherwise.
With the humidity staying relatively low, the upper 80’s will actually feel like the upper 80’s and not any hotter, yes.
Showery Sunday Into Early Next Week
Sunday will bring a greater chance for showers and thunderstorms with highs in the upper 80’s as a long wave trough deepens over the eastern U. S. The humidity is likely to increase too, making it feel even hotter.
These trends of higher temperatures, humidity, and storm chances look to continue into Monday and Tuesday of next week. Enjoy the nice weather today, and follow @wxornotbg for the latest updates.
