Warmer End to the Workweek

Good morning, everybody! It looks like we’re going to end the week with some warmer temperatures. As much as I love cold weather, I’m pretty excited for some warmer weather!

With a southwest breeze and beautiful sunshine, we should warm up to the low/mid 30’s. This should help the snowpack around the area continue to melt. Overnight, lows will fall to the mid/upper teens across the region, as we endure our last bitterly cold night for several days.

Thursday Night Lows, pivotalweather.com

On Friday, an upper level ridge will move into the region, allowing temperatures to continue to warm through the weekend. By the afternoon, temperatures will increase into the low 40’s under sunny skies.

Friday Afternoon Highs, pivotalweather.com

Friday night temperatures will only fall to around the 30 degree mark under mostly clear skies. Saturday will be much of the same as Thursday and Friday, except temperatures will make it to the mid to upper 40’s. It may look the same outside for the next several days, but it’s definitely going to feel much warmer with each passing day!

Lows Saturday night will only drop into the upper 30’s under mostly cloudy skies. Clouds will start to roll in ahead of our next weather-maker.

Rain Chances Increase Sunday/Monday

Highs on Sunday will top out in the mid 50’s under partly sunny skies. There is the possibility of rain on Sunday into Monday as a low pressure system swings a cold front through our area. The rain looks to taper off Monday night.

That’s it for me! I know this hasn’t been the most interesting post, but, hey, at least it’s gonna be warm this weekend!
