Boy, do we have a wonderful weekend on tap, we just have to get through a chilly day today first.
A dry cold front moved through overnight, switching our winds out of the northwest and allowing chilly, almost winter-like temperatures to filter into the region. Thanks to the winds behind the front, it will be breezy at times today…and it’s going to be a cold wind. Even though the sun will be shining brilliantly…you’ll still need to bundle up.
Today: Sunny skies and a breeze with a high near 45º. At night, winds will calm slightly but we’ll stay chilly with a low right around 30º under mostly clear skies.

Saturday begins the temperature improvement.
After a quite chilly start, with temperatures starting in the 20s in some locations, our winds will shift back to the southwest, allowing us to warm up just a little more than today.
We’ll keep a slight breeze and mostly sunny skies so Saturday looks to be the pick of the weekend, so get out and enjoy it!
🇺🇸Tomorrow🇺🇸: Slightly warmer under slightly increasing clouds but otherwise mostly sunny with a high around 55º. Clouds continue to increase overnight, as we only fall to about 43º.

Skies will begin to cloud up ahead of our next (weak) weather system on Sunday that will throw some clouds and maybe a shower our way, but temperature-wise it should be similar to what we’ll see on Saturday. Unfortunately, the clouds will hang thick, with the sun breaks few and far between.
Sunday: Partly sunny skies with a slight chance of a shower in the afternoon. We’ll once again top out at about 55º. Showers still possible in the early evening before dropping back to around 42º under mostly cloudy skies.

The Bottomline
- Sunny skies and cool for the day today and a very chilly night.
