Throughout the last several days, we’ve seen unseasonably warm temperatures as highs have reached the mid-80s for the first full week of October. This warm streak came to an end Friday, as a cold front passed through the region and brought us cloudy skies, rain showers, and much cooler temperatures.

We’ll continue to feel these cooler temperatures today but this time, without the rain! As the Tops take on MTSU at home, temperatures will be in the low to mid-60s by kickoff, with highs reaching around 70° by the end of the game. Our morning may look a little dreary due to overcast skies, but no fear! Clouds will gradually clear throughout the day, making way for some sunny skies.

The weather looks mighty fine for a day dedicated to Hilltopper football. Temperatures tonight will drop down into the low to mid-40s (Brr!) under mostly clear skies.

Sunday, 10/11 – Sunny – High 75˚ / Sunday Night – Mostly Clear – Low 49˚

Sunday looks to be a beautiful day to end our week! As high pressure moves eastward, southerly flow will kick up and allow for warmer temperatures on Sunday. Highs will be right around the seasonal normal of 74° under mostly sunny skies.
