Gloomy, but Warming Bowling Green Weather

Real Time Bowling Green Weather Radar:

Easter 4/5 – Mostly Cloudy; PM Showers – High 67° / Tonight – Isolated Showers – Low 54°

Overall a nice day is on tap for the region today. We’ll see temperatures rebound nicely after a cool day yesterday. Southerly winds will help advect warm, moist air into the region. Thus, we should see an increase in cloudiness and temperatures. Some afternoon and evening showers may be possible after a high around 67°, so be sure to get that Easter egg hunt in early!

Isolated showers will remain possible through the overnight hours with a low around 54°.

Monday 4/6 – Showers – High 63° / Mon Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 62°

We’ll be in a fairly wet period for the remainder of the week as we see southerly winds continue at the low and mid levels of the atmosphere. This will lead to a consistent flow of moisture from the south into the region. Thus, off and on showers and thunderstorms will remain likely. Highs will be around 63°.

Monday night will bring partly cloudy skies to the region, with lows only dropping a few degrees due to southerly flow and partly cloudy conditions.

Tuesday 4/7 – Isolated AM Showers; Partly Cloudy – High 78° / Tue Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 65°

Tuesday will bring a chance of isolated morning showers. However, these showers should diminish through the morning. Thus, partly cloudy skies should return to the region once again. Peeks of sunshine will help temperatures soar into the upper 70s. I don’t think we’ll see much complaining.
