Technical issues earlier this morning caused NASA to postpone the launch of Orion’s test flight until tomorrow morning. The countdown was held several times due to a boat in close proximity, winds, and later technical issues, BBC News reports. What finally scrubbed the launch was an issue with the fill and drain valves that the teams were unable to fix before the launch window expired.
Today's planned launch of #Orion has been postponed due to a valve issue. Next possible launch window opens tomorrow at 7:05am ET.

The next launch window for Orion is scheduled for tomorrow, December 5th at 7:05 AM EST. If successful, the spacecraft will orbit 3,600 miles above the Earth before falling into the Pacific. This test flight will allow the engineers to check the performance of Orion’s heat shield and parachutes before sending astronauts up into space. According to NASA, Orion is being designed to carry astronauts on exploration missions into deep space, including a trip to an asteroid and eventually to Mars.
