Winter Storm Pounding Upper Midwest

The first winter storm of the season has been “slowing the go” in portions of the Midwest. North Dakota to Wisconsin have seen as much as 16 inches of snow fall, with more snow expected to fall in portions of Wisconsin into Michigan.
