Sounds familiar?

Yep, we will pretty much see the same weather we’ve seen the past few days. The radar looks clear currently but there is still a chance for a stray shower later this afternoon, but it looks like best chance for any isolated showers will be north of us.

We will see some clearing tonight as the upper level low finally moves to the east. It will be another chilly night with lows in the middle 40s.

Sat – Sunny – High 75˚ / Sat Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 52˚

The weekend looks perfect as an upper level ridge moves in from the west. Winds from the southwest will finally bring back temperatures in the 70s  by Saturday afternoon with our area topping out in the mid 70s.

This is perfect for any outdoor plans you might have this weekend and folks at the Derby will be enjoying the beautiful conditions.

Sun – Sunny – 82˚ / Sun Night – Clear – Low 58˚

The upper level ridge will remain in place Sunday and we will see another perfect day take shape. Temperatures will be even warmer on Sunday with highs in the lower 80s.

This ridge will hold it’s ground through much of next week. This means that we may go through the entire first week of May without seeing any precipitation fall here. That is a pretty dry start to May, and it will be interesting to see how long the upcoming pattern holds.

That’s all for this afternoon. Get out any enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend. For more frequent updates you can check out @WxOrNotBG and @WarrenCountyWX on Twitter.
