Friday Afternoon Update

Hands up for ~ HIGH FIVE FRIDAY!!!

This Afternoon – Sunny – High 50 / Tonight – Clear – Low 25

4pm ~ 7pm ~ 10pm ~ 1am ~ 4am

High pressure is in complete control across south central Kentucky, and will keep sunny skies around through this afternoon and evening.  This is displayed by the surface model, provided below:

Overnight, the cold will return, as lows plummet into the mid 20s. A Freeze Warning will go into effect at 1am tomorrow morning, and last until 9am.  Bring those plants in for another night, friends.

Sat – Partly Sunny – High 59 / Sat Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 37

7am 32 ~ 10am 43 ~ 1pm 57 ~ 4pm 59 ~ 7pm 42

Morning frost will make way to partly sunny skies, with temp values rebounding into the mid – upper 50s, as high pressure remains in control over south Central Kentucky.  It will be a nice, tolerable fall  day on the hill for WKU’s homecoming.  A wardrobe of long sleeves and pants will be in everybody’s best interest that plans on being outdoors.

Sun – Sunny – High 60 / Sun Night – Clear – Low 35

Another day of our atmosphere remaining in a quiet state. High pressure at the surface will continue to be the catalyst for a subtle environment across our proximity. Enjoy it!

That’s it for now, gang. I’ll be back sometime this weekend with another update on the forecast.
