It feels like it is a rarity to get snow here in KY (or I feel like it is, at least). England is very similar to us in their annual snowfall, and in fact, London receives about 6″ more on average (18.4″ on average). However, at 16 days of snowfall a year, it is rather in some parts of the UK. However, today many in the UK saw their first snowfall.

This is causing travel problems across the area, but it doesn’t look like London is having any significant issues. Most of the snow is falling to the north of that area.

Though it isn’t a ton of snowfall, it is still their first of the year, and is more than we have seen here in Bowling Green thus far!
