Cooler Temperatures Plague the Week

Good morning to you! For this week, the forecast will be mostly quiet, with some showers sprinkled in. If anything, the main takeaway will be to bundle up, as temperatures will be cooler. In today’s post, we’ll take a look at this week and even the upcoming holiday week!

This will look very, very appealing this week…(GIPHY)

Sunshine to Start Us Out

(Outlook for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)

For the start of the week, the forecast will be unchanging thanks to the overabundance of high pressure. This will call for a lack of clouds in the sky and the presence of a gentle breeze. Don’t be tricked by the sunshine, though, you will need a jacket!

Projected wind chills for Monday morning (Pivotal Weather)

If you’re out and about this morning (until around 10am), be sure to layer up, as wind chills will remain below freezing. As the afternoon rolls around, temperatures will peak in the lower 50’s. For Tuesday, the high will be warmer, in the lower 60’s, and the same goes for Wednesday, with a high potentially reaching the 70 degree mark.

Cooler Temperatures Close Out the Week

(Outlook for Thursday, Friday, and The Weekend)

Into Thursday, a cold front will move through our region, reintroducing precipitation chances for our forecast. These scattered showers will only take place in the morning, leaving behind less than a half of inch of precipitation. Therefore, be careful on the commute to your workplace, as the roads may be slightly slick.

Projected precipitation for Thursday morning (Pivotal Weather)

For the rest of the day, and even for Friday, conditions will remain dry. However, chances of isolated showers will pick back up with the weekend. Each day will call for high’s around the lower 50’s, so be sure to have a jacket handy before stepping foot outdoors!
