Gradual Warming Trend Through the Weekend

Good Sunday morning everyone! We are starting our day off with some unseasonably cold temperatures this morning. We will warm up over the next few hours, but temperatures will remain cooler than average when compared to what we should see for this time of the year. Let us dive into the forecast below.

Today

We are cooler this morning than we were yesterday morning, but sunshine will allow temperatures to rise through the day. We will not be hot, but we will be warmer than yesterday. High temperatures today will be around 73 degrees, which slightly below our 82degree average high. Lows this morning were around 45 degrees, which is significantly less than our average low of 58 degrees. We should see mostly sunny skies with light winds, making for a nice day today.

Tomorrow

Memorial Day should continue our warming trend, bringing us much closer to average with highs right around 80 degrees for your Memorial Day holiday. Rain chances at this point look to be very small and skies should be mostly sunny, so any outdoor plans should not have much trouble. All in all, Memorial Day should be a very peaceful day weather-wise with partly cloudy skies, making outdoor plans look fabulous.

The Week Ahead

It does appear that rain chances will return starting next Tuesday. While Tuesday appears to only feature scattered showers right now, Wednesday looks to have widespread rainfall. Rain chances will stay elevated through Thursday as we settle back into a wet weather pattern. Afternoon thunderstorms are expected each day, although severe potential looks limited at this time. Heavy rain might lead to some flooding issues as we head into Wednesday and Thursday. I will update you all again on these rain chances returning tomorrow.

Temperatures will also be returning closer to normal after our weekend cool down. For those of you who enjoy the warmer weather, you might be in luck starting next week, with temperatures in the 80s for most of the week for highs.

That does it for us today from WXornotBG. Have a wonderful day, and I will see you all tomorrow morning once again, my friends! Remember to follow our socials below for real-time weather updates.
