Dry Conditions Ahead

Good Saturday morning, WABBLES! We hope you are having a great start to your day. We had some light showers move through yesterday and those have since moved out. The good news is we look to stay rain-free for the near future with dry conditions ahead.

It’s the weekend! Woohoo! (Giphy)

Today’s Forecast

Temperatures are starting at or below freezing for most locations across the Commonwealth this morning. We even have a few locations that dipped into the low-20s. Warmer temperatures are out east where the cloud cover is still holding on as of 7 am this morning.

Clear skies will take over today with the clouds moving out. The system that impacted us yesterday is now impacting the northeast where over 2 feet of snow may fall! Luckily nothing like that is coming our way.

Temperatures will work their way into the upper 40s but struggle into the 50s. A brisk northerly breeze will keep those temperatures down throughout the day.

Sunday

Dry conditions will continue into our Sunday with us keeping an eye on a small disturbance to the south. We will come back to that in a minute. Sunday’s weather conditions look to be a carbon copy of Saturday.

Temperatures will struggle into the upper 40s even under mostly sunny skies. The best chances for rain will be well to our south and north. We will close out the weekend with cold but dry conditions.

Monday

A storm system will be scooting off to our south on Monday but does not look to impact us at this time. A small upper-level disturbance will be moving overhead and may lead to a few snow showers Monday afternoon. These should remain light with the chances looking very small right now.

That’ll wrap things up for today! Stay tuned for all of the latest weather information, all winter long! Enjoy your day!
