Good morning WABBLES region!! Whose looking forward to a short work week and Thanksgiving day? I know I am!! The forecast is calling for a great start to the week, but rain returns to the forecast as we move closer to Thanksgiving.
Beautiful Monday on Tap
Waking up and heading out the door for your Monday morning commute to work or taking the kids to school, hey kiddos, it’s like a Thursday today being only a two-day week. Temperatures will be a tad chilly during the morning hours with temperatures in the mid-to-upper 30s. The chilly temperatures won’t last long, rebounding nicely back up into the lower 60s under clear skies.
Unsettled Pattern Setting Up
An area of low pressure will develop over the High Plains just east of the Rockies early on Tuesday and move towards the Great Lakes Tuesday evening.
Besides the wet conditions during the evening and overnight hours on Tuesday, the bigger story from this system will be the gusty winds that will crank up during the day on Wednesday. After the area of low pressure departs to the northeast, a tight pressure gradient will set up across the Ohio River Valley. Winds could gust to around 40 mph during the day on Wednesday.
Wet and Rainy conditions return to WABBLES for Thanksgiving day and into the weekend.
That wraps up your Monday wxornotBG forecast, thanks for tuning in and I hope you all have a great day! Make sure you look for further updates on our live weather feedĀ @wxornotbg!
