A Look Ahead: Tuesday and Wednesday
Beautiful conditions will set up over the area on Tuesday, as the area of high pressure centers itself over the Bluegrass State. Plentiful sunshine is expected on Tuesday as northwest winds throughout the atmosphere keep the sky cloud-free. Highs around the area will approach the 70ºF mark.

Clear conditions will translate into Tuesday night, the clear skies will allow low temperatures around the area to drop into the upper 40s.
On Wednesday, a weak low-pressure system with an accompanying cold front will slide across the area during the afternoon/evening hours. This will bring back the chance for some showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening timeframe on Wednesday. Highs on Wednesday will top out in the lower 70s.
