Warmth Returns Thursday

Southwest surface flow really begins to establish itself on Thursday. This will result in highs up to the low to mid 60s under partly cloudy skies. You can thank high pressure to the south and low pressure to the west for that southwest flow. Thursday night lows will drop back to around 40° under increasing cloud cover.
