Winter Storm WARNING Issued For Bowling Green

Region UPGRADED to a Winter Storm WARNING

Hey, folks! You may be thinking, “Whoa, this is a late night post!” You’d be right. We are currently experiencing a joyful surprise with an overachieving winter storm. Thus, we have been placed under a Winter Storm Warning until Noon Tuesday.

Butler, Edmonson, Logan, Simpson, and Warren counties are ALL included in the Winter Storm WARNING. Allen and Barren counties are within the Winter Weather Advisory.

We are anticipating another 2-5″ of snowfall, bringing totals to 3-5″. With cold air moving in, expect roads to only get worse out there.

Every county school system in our warning area has been cancelled for the day on Tuesday.

Snowfall is expected to peak late tonight and into early Tuesday morning, leading to a terrrrrible morning commute being expected. If you have to go to work, please take caution as you head there tomorrow morning.
