Forecast Discussion

Ah yes, another day in between systems. The low that brought us a bit of rain Wednesday into early Thursday has moved off and we’re left with clouds in its wake.

The clouds will hang tough during the day today, topping out only around where they were yesterday: the lower-50s. However, the clouds should begin to clear off by tonight as that system heads off into the Atlantic. Replaced, at least temporarily, by some high pressure.

For the day on Saturday, that means pleasantly sunny skies and a slight increase in temperature to go along with it. However, the wonderful weather won’t hang around too long. I’d complain but we really, really need the rain. Most of Sunday will continue to feature sunny skies however, clouds will be on the increase as we move toward Sunday evening as the next disturbance moves closer.

This system will move in during the nighttime hours of Sunday and into Monday morning and that’s going to give us another chance of rain during the day on Monday and into the evening.

Again, no complaints. We seriously need some rain.

Extended Outlook

The rain chances should linger around through mid-week before we clear out towards the weekend. But another system may impact us next weekend but it’s too early to know for sure.
