Real-Time Bowling Green Weather Radar:
Today – Mostly Sunny – High 91˚ / Tonight – Partly Cloudy – Low 70˚
Howdy, Bowling Green! As this upper-level ridging continues to dominate, temperatures will remain hot, and dewpoints pretty nasty and muggy. Highs will be in the low 90’s under mostly sunny skies. I wouldn’t completely rule out a stray shower in the heat of the afternoon, so keep an umbrella handy just in case. Otherwise, today’s gonna be very similar to yesterday, hot and muggy.
For tonight, lows will be right around 70 under partly cloudy skies with dewpoints still relatively high. So yes, it’s gonna feel warm and muggy tonight.
But hey! WKU Hilltoppers play Vanderbilt in football tonight, so that makes it better, right?
Friday – Mostly Sunny – High 92˚ / Friday Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 70˚
So, ya know all that stuff I said earlier? It applies to Friday, as well. Highs will be in the low 90’s under mostly sunny skies…again. Shew, I’m glad Labor Day weekend is coming up because I sure need a break from walking up the hill to class everyday in this hot, muggy weather!

For the evening, lows will be near 70 under partly cloudy skies, again. Everybody, I’m sorry for such a boring forecast over the past few days. I sure am getting really sick of this heat!
Saturday – Mostly Sunny – High 93˚ / Saturday Night – Slight Chance T-Storms – Low 71˚
You did it! You finally made it to the long weekend! If you’ve got anything planned outside, like a nice fishing trip or pool day, you definitely won’t have any problems soaking up those sun rays. Highs for your Saturday will be in the low 90’s under mostly sunny skies. Unfortunately, there looks to be a small chance of showers and thunderstorms during the evening hours, so keep the umbrella handy if you go out. Otherwise, have a lovely Labor Day weekend and try not to sweat too much!
P.S. Thank you for indulging me in this Grey’s Anatomy themed post. I quite enjoyed myself!
