Snow Capped Hills in Southern Kentucky

Head to the mountains and you may see snow capped Mountains. But have you ever seen a snow capped hill? Many hills just north of Bowling Green received up to an inch of snow last Wednesday while the base of the hill had no snow on the ground. What a difference a couple hundred feet make!

Notice the snow line toward the top of each hill.
