Torrential rainfall, violent lightning and potent winds were felt by many across the area, with a handful of locations receiving plentiful amounts of hail.
Early in the afternoon, storms fired to our west. They quickly intensified and lined out across Butler County, bringing with it an intense hail storm that hit Morgantown.
