Active tropical weather in the Pacific Ocean has been ongoing for quite some time now; Super Typhoon Halong is displaying some stunning images on satellite.

The tropics are expected to continue plenty of acitivity overall, and especially in the Pacific. We’ll see what happens on the Atlantic side as we head into peak season in the next several weeks and throughout September.
